  1. Back in the day…I’m talking high school (by the time I got into college, Lynyrd Skynyrd was considered anathema)… I revered Skynyrd. Then I moved from Texas to Nashville–and I got burned out.
    Now I love them again. The songwriting. The guitar work. The back up singers. Billy Powell. And, of course, Ronnie Van Zant. This song exemplifies all of that.
