The past two years have been the most difficult time to watch in my more than 20 years that I have lived in this country. I feel America has always been a work in progress and I still haven’t lost faith. I hope that at the end of the day people will realize that we’re all in this together and that division and hatred don’t make us stronger but weaker. And while things undoubtedly start at the top where moral leadership seems to have been completely lost, each of us can make a difference.
